GREAT OCEAN WALK TRANSPORT SERVICEGreat Ocean Walk transport service for solo hikers, couples and small groups of up to 4 people. Ride with Us transport operates 7 days a week by advance booking. One off transfers, multi day transport and luggage service available. We have two vehicles and can transport 1 to 4 passengers in our sedan and 1 to 6 passengers in our van. Due to the nature of this service and distances being travelled along the Great Ocean Road, it is likely you will have the vehicle to yourselves however you may need to share the trip with another hiker or hiking group. For bookings of 1 to 6 people we will provide a comfortable sedan or van. We do cater for larger groups upon request. |

Multi-Day Transport Bookings
1. Planning Fee:
To begin planning your multi-day transport for the Great Ocean Walk, a non-refundable planning fee of $50 is required. This fee covers the time and resources dedicated to planning your holiday, including transport arrangements for the entire duration of your walk.

- Non-Refundable Fee: The $50 planning fee is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of coordinating your multi-day transport services and preparing your itinerary.
- If you decide to proceed with booking your multi-day transport services for the Great Ocean Walk, the $50 planning fee will be credited toward the total cost of your transport booking.
- The planning fee includes assistance with coordinating all transport logistics for the entire duration of your holiday, including but not limited to transfers, shuttle services, and any other necessary travel to and from the Great Ocean Walk.
- As part of your multi-day transport booking, you will receive a free map of the Great Ocean Walk. This map will help guide you along your journey and ensure you have all the necessary information to make your experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.
- We are a fully licensed and insured commercial passenger vehicle provider, a Licensed Parks Victoria Tour Operator, and a Tourism Accredited Business, with over 20 years of experience managing tours and transport for the Great Ocean Walk. Our extensive expertise ensures that you will receive the highest level of service, local knowledge, and safety throughout your journey.
- We hold Passenger Public Liability Transport Insurance, ensuring that all guests are covered in the event of any transport-related incidents. This insurance is a key part of our commitment to safety and responsible service.
- Once the transport details and itinerary are finalised, we will confirm your booking, with the $50 planning fee applied toward your total transport cost. You will also receive your free map upon booking confirmation.
- If you decide to cancel your multi-day transport booking after the planning fee has been paid and work has been done, the fee remains non-refundable.
- Modifications to the booking can be made, but the planning fee will still apply, and any changes will be reflected in the updated cost of your transport services.

SHARED TRANSPORTATION / SHUTTLE SERVICE
Multiple hiring is when two or more hirers use the same taxi or commercial passenger vehicle at the same time (in this instance, Great Ocean Walk transport shuttle service). Because the hirers are giving up their exclusive use of the taxi-cab or commercial passenger vehicle, the fare is discounted for each hirer. Regulation requires each hirer to agree to allow the driver to accept other hirings. The hirer has the right to refuse to allow the driver to multiple hire if they would prefer not to share. Multiple hirings must start at the same time and all hirers must be travelling to destinations in the same general direction. The maximum fare that can be charged to each hirer is 75% of the standard authorised fare for the hirer's section of the journey.

I would like to provide feedback on the service provided to the Victorian Walking Club for our 8 day walk along the Great Ocean Walk. The club and as organiser of the walk would like to thank Ride With Us for the exceptional service provided on our walk. We had specific requirements that other companies could not meet and Ride With Us worked closely with me to meet our specific requirements – the bus was always on time at the points specified and the driver, Callum, was absolutely fantastic.
