USING YOUR OWN CAR AND BOOKING YOUR TRANSPORT
Are you travelling with your own car? When planning your itinerary and transfers for the Great Ocean Walk, the most efficient and cost effective way to book your car shuffle transport is to drive your car to where you are ending your walk and we will pick you up and take you back to the starting point of your walk. This will save you needing to finish your walk by a set time, it will also save you waiting around for your lift back to your car if you finish your walk earlier than you anticipated.
GREAT OCEAN WALK SHUTTLE SERVICE
We are a registered Parks Victoria operator and can drop you off and pick you up at the preferred destinations of your choosing. Please check out our Plan Your Walk page for tips and information to assist you to plan and prepare for your Great Ocean Walk adventure.
Bookings can be made up to 72 hours in advance however we recommend booking well in advance to ensure you get your preferred pick up times. For last minute transfers, please call 0438 407 777.
Due to the nature of this service and distances being travelled along the Great Ocean Road, it is likely you will have the vehicle to yourselves however you may need to share the trip with another hiker or hiking group. Please scroll down this page to refer to the shared transportation/ multiple hirers transport policy which applies to this service.
For bookings of 1 to 4 people we will provide a comfortable sedan.

To confirm your booking a $100 deposit is required. Transport is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Bookings cancelled outside of 48 hours - $100 deposit refundable. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours - $100 deposit non-refundable.

SHARED TRANSPORTATION / SHUTTLE SERVICE
Multiple hiring is when two or more hirers use the same taxi or commercial passenger vehicle at the same time (in this instance, Great Ocean Walk transport shuttle service). Because the hirers are giving up their exclusive use of the taxi-cab or commercial passenger vehicle, the fare is discounted for each hirer. Regulation requires each hirer to agree to allow the driver to accept other hirings. The hirer has the right to refuse to allow the driver to multiple hire if they would prefer not to share. Multiple hirings must start at the same time and all hirers must be travelling to destinations in the same general direction. The maximum fare that can be charged to each hirer is 75% of the standard authorised fare for the hirer's section of the journey.
