To help us manage planning, scheduling, and availability during the walking season, we apply a Great Ocean Walk Support Fee and deposit at the time of booking.
Support Fee
This fee helps cover:
- Booking administration and trip planning
- Schedule coordination with other walkers
- Ongoing operational costs specific to the Great Ocean Walk season
The support fee is non-refundable, as work begins immediately once a booking is confirmed.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your dates and vehicle availability.
The deposit is deducted from your final balance, with the remaining amount payable closer to your walk.
