POORPA YANYEEN MEEREENG TRAIL(TIMBOON TO PORT CAMPBELL TRAIL)The Poorpa Yanyeen Meereeng Trail (Timboon to Port Campbell Trail) is now open from Timboon to Port Campbell. Ride from Timboon to Schulz Organic Creamery & Cafe and back or ride further along to Port Campbell.
The Poorpa Yanyeen Meereeng Trail is a bicycle, walking and running path which, when fully completed, will be 20km taking you from Port Campbell to Timboon. The trail already connects with the Camperdown to Timboon Rail Trail in Timboon. We recommend hiring a bike in Timboon and riding to Schulz Organic Creamery & Cafe for coffee, lunch, a cheese platter, morning or afternoon tea. Their seasonal cafe menu celebrates the best of Schulz Organic Dairy products and is led by pâtissier Chef, Hila Perry. CAR PARKING
Timboon: Large gravel car park at the start/end of the Camperdown to Timboon Rail Trail at the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery. This is also where the Ride With Us bike hire shed is located. This section of the trail starts in the heart of Timboon where you will find cafes, take away food, whisky distillery, ice cream, lolly shop and gift shops.
Port Campbell: A small amount of parking is available at the Port Campbell town centre lookout. Parking is also available in the town centre. In the Port Campbell town centre you will find cafes and restaurants, take away food, ice cream, lolly shop and gift shops.
